Awful night at comfort inn.
For the amount of money charged we were very disappointed. Broken remote, bathroom not too clean.They moved us but just left a bad taste for us. We won't be using hotels.com again as I tried calling and ended hanging up after 1 hr.

Great hotel- we would stay again
We stayed for a total of 5 nights and it was quite enjoyable. The hotel was recently renovated, so the updates were nice and accommodating. We had a King Suite- plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. (There is an additional nightly fee to have your pup with ya- but that's par for the course.) Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast is included and was pretty average. (They have several cereals, juice, coffee, tea, fruits, breads, bagels, yogurt, muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle maker- a wide variety for a continental breakfast.) They staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We did not use the business center, fitness room, or pool, but all seemed to be in decent shape. Our only complaint would be the WIFI. We had horrible connections issues the entire time we were there- it was about 50/50. Then, the last night we were there they had completely lost all internet connection for the entire hotel. Not very accommodating as I had some work I needed to do while away- but it didn't ruin our stay. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay again.

Had trouble at check-in. I had reserved 2 adjoining rooms, when we arrived I was told that they did not have any adjoining rooms available. They did give us 2 rooms next to each other. On our 2nd night our room keys didn't work. They told us that the batteries were dying in the door lock mechanism and that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. They did manage to get us in to our rooms and we left the next day. The wifi is not very good, sporadic at best.

Poor Billing policy
Comfort Inn was very nice- room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I am very disappointed with Hotels.com in regard to not being able to adjust our arrival time and receive a refund for a night not spent at the hotel.
