Corinthia Lisbon

The Corinthia is top notch. The room was spotless. The service was excellent. The breakfast and lunch was outstanding. I know things are tough right now because of COVID, but this hotel went above and beyond to assure my stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

Really quiet and comfortable. Located right next to a metro stop for easy access to the main sites.

Really nice hotel and good service. Unfortunatelly, we were really disapointed as we booked this property for the spa which was closed due to Covid. I understand but it shluld have been specified at time of the booking. On their direct websote there is no mention neither. We would have booked a more centrally located hotel if we knew the spa was not open.

Lovely hotel, just outside of the main centre of Lisbon. My only comment is that the air conditioning was way to hot in our room and we complained numerous times to the staff who tried to sort it out but to no avail. Had to have a fan in the end. This spoilt the experience a little bit given the prestige of the Corinthia brand.

Really excellent, spacious hotel with great service. Delightful staff. Shame the spa is closed - it could probably be safely opened by now. Nespresso machine in the room was super, as was the service. It’s a bit out of the way from the city centre, but many taxis outside so not a hardship.

Luxury services in Lisbon. We stayed stayed in this hotel in Aug. 2020. From entering the lobby and being greeted by their iconic beautiful flower arrangements to the extravagant Executive Junior Suite. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed we were made to feel very welcome and special.The staff were exemplary and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Diogo, Rodrigo and Vera providing us with outstanding service in tempus Lounge. For whom looking for luxury in peaceful atmosphere.

Stayed at this gorgeous hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel had to be shut down due to the circumstances and they took the initiative to book us another equivalent hotel for the remainder of our stay. It was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service was amazing and the junior suite was beautifully decorated and with all the amenities necessary to make it feel like home. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Lisbon.

We chose the hotel for the indoor pool so our 11 year old could swim. The location is okay. If we returned to Lisbon would stay in the downtown area but no one downtown offered a pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat overpriced for the quality but there was a wide variety of options and the staff there were great as well. The food at Erva was very good. Overall a very nice experience but based on location we would not likely return there.
