DoubleTree by Hilton San Juan

The hotel has a great location, right down the street from the beach, restaurants etc. The hotel even gives rides to the beach everyday! Loved it (by boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, when it was time to check out, they let us store our luggage behind the front desk until our flight)! Even if you don’t catch them during riding times, the beach is literally down the street. One of the biggest beaches in San Juan at that (I liked it better than Condado beach personally) The staff was so nice, the rooms were on the smaller size but that’s why the prices are so good most Likely. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again

as a party of 5, 2 different room everyone was happy and loved the location. One thing that we disliked was the fact as guests why pay for parking we understand security wise but we think $20 per day is a bit much thats all thanks for the house petality

If you want a safe, comfortable stay near everything in San Juan, stay at the Doubletree by Hilton. Shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Friendly staff. Only minor complaint is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof.

It’s a beautiful hotel hot tub is a little dangerous have to be careful getting into it. Otherwise we had an awesome time. Staff was very nice and attentive.

I checked in to the hotel at 2:00 am and was greeted by two roaches inside the room. One of the roaches was on the right side of the wall while the other was speeding away across the floor. My guest was extremely upset and disgusted and mentioned the incident for the remainder of our short three-day trip.

All the extra charges rude receptionist no house cleaning no vending machine

Great service clean room excellent onsite parking. Some confusion about housekeeping but the manger was able to accommodate our request and we were satisfied.

Rooms were well cleaned prior to stay. Only complaint was uncomfortable mattress and the AC wouldn’t cool, despite being set progressively lower all night (we’ve stayed multiple times, first time we had an issue). Overall, would recommend due to proximity to restaurants/bar/shopping areas, including the supermarket next to the building. Staff was very polite and informative upon check-in and check-out.
