Buffalo Grand Hotel

Both rooms we went to were supposed to be clean the toilet in the first room had feces on the seat the second room the bed had a pile of dirt in the center. The floors were laminate and did not look clean at all.

This hotel needs to be updated. My first room was dirty and also had rodent feces my room was switch since I cannot get a refund in the room was freezing and so I complained at front desk the next day there are fingerprints everywhere all over The premises with high traffic indicating no cleaning and sanitizing is being made on main door to the rooms

Place was a dump. Elevator was broke. Back entrance off parking garage was disgusting. Halls full of garbage and wasnt vacuumed in forever. Went in room and more of the same. Juat left and went to stay elsewhere.

Was very disappointed where the room was located.. I had my 85 year old mom and was very far for her to walk.. didn’t realize was that far till got to room.. no one there it didn’t seem and to book so far away with elevators being fixed.. takes to long to get the hold off your credit card.. was there on January 20th and still no credit to my card.. that’s ridiculous. Got this hotel because close to Roswell where we had to go early the next morning. Have never heard of paying for parking at a hotel that’s not right.. at checkout in am clerk not real friendly and asked for water and snacks and said I just got here.. well I am sure someone was there on the night shift that could’ve done it then. I hope to get a response back on this..

Great customer service at the front desk however, the pictures are absolutely misleading !! The rooms look nothing like the pictures... i didnt stay and wouldn't recommend anyone else to stay if your looking for somewhere to sleep comfortably.

The whole place smells like cigarettes. Carpet/ceiling/walls all look old. Bedding was questionable. There was a party going on around our original room and we had to be moved. The bathroom had a strange looking shower head. The entire experience was questionable at best. The lobby is nice looking but thats it. The place is not nice and you would be better off staying at a normal chain hotel. At least you know what youre getting then.

Room was covered in dust, ac leaked, bed looked like it had curtains for sheets, and black mold in bathroom

Our stay was good for the price. The hotel was renovating and we had to use staff elevators and corridors which I think were also being used by the contractors. The room was clean and comfortable, but the furnishings were quite outdated including the television. Parking was $10, but the hotel was downtown and I don't think there was free parking available. I'd stay there again for a similar cost.

There was no heat all night spider webs with big bugs trcaped just slit

The hallways were dark due to having lights off. The microwave in the room was so dirty I had to scrub it to warm up my food. They have one towel in the bathroom so have to go all the way down to the lobby to get more.
