Excellent hotel and great customer service located in the perfect location in Barcelona! Easy walk to everything you want....shopping, sightseeing, restaurants etc! I will definitely be back!!!

Charming hotel in very convenient location in street off the Ramblas. Larger room for a European hotel with comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast has good assortment of hot and cold items. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Numerous restaurants in neighborhood and very short walk to metro station and Plaça de Catalunya with Aerobus to airport. Would definitely stay here again

Very central hotel so easy access to everything. Excellent breakfast every morning in beautiful dining room. Beds very comfortable and room spotless. Only issue was bathroom of next room against our bedhead wall so very noisy when they were using it but old period hotel so can't be changed. Hotel very close to the airport bus stop which provides excellent service 365 days a year to and from the hotel.

I checked in on 10/14. The manner of the front desk was very bad. It seemed that they just wanted your money but did not want to serve. The hotel charged for the use of safety box inside the room nor did they provide bottles of water in the room. I had paid for five nights but decided to leave after staying there for just three nights. There were protests going on in Barcelona and that added another incentive to leave.
