This place was really nice & will prob stay again. Only think that was less that excellent was the check in clerk didn't tell me about the free breakfast option, so I asked and she gave me a paper to fill out for a grab-and-go option due to Covid, which is great, but didn't bother telling me the breakfast hours. So, when I went down the next morning, at 8:30am, I was told breakfast was only from 6:30a-8a. I was never told the hours and very shocked that it cut off that early.
Very clean room with space to move around in them. Quiet most of the time even with remodeling occurring. The people working the desk are extremely friendly, helpful, and polite.
Hotel is being remodeled and the new rooms are amazing
The hotel was great. The only issue was the breakfast wasn’t set up. When I asked about breakfast, they gave me a muffin and a pastry bar in a bag. Just not my expectations of free breakfast.
The ceiling of the pool fell in the bathroom had tiles missing with mold growing on the wall the in room refrigerator didnt work
The hotel was overbooked and they sent us to a sister hotel. The hotel was nice but they didn’t have suites and that is what we reserved at Springhill.
They oversold and sent us to a different hotel. The hotel they sent us to didn't have suites, no sofa or sitting area, no microwave, no breakfast included. I will NEVER book with them again.
The hotel was overbooked so we where moved to a sister hotel Renaissance Inn next door. The room was nice looking but things didnt work. We had no tv (even after we were told someone was coming), the air didnt work until I removed the filter from the air conditioner. It turns out it was covered in dust and hadnt been changed since 11/23/19 so no air could get through. In addition, we reserved 2 rooms and the other had dirty dishes in the cabinet, the lights didn't work and there was a plastic shopping bag wrapped around the smoke detector. We ended up having to stream Netflix on our phones because no one ever came to fix the tv. The front desk was really nice but it was very frustrating because it felt as though we were just moved around and stuck somewhere that wasn't ready for guests.
Had to be move to a different hotel, then my reservation was changed from 2 beds to 1 bed. Had to sit at the front desk for 20 minutes before anything happened and there was nobody even checking in. Horrible service. Also tried to charge me 150 deposit when it states 100 dollars. Very bad overall.
Worst experience at a hotel, ever! I’m a Gold Elite Marriott member for over 15 years and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Management of the Springhill Suites in Tulsa on 73rd st was no where to be found, they cancelled or moved more than half of our reservations (we had 11 families) without notice and after many complaints not one person has reached out from Marriott to make this situation right. It’s a disgusting way to run a business. In the room that one of the families actually were able to stay, it looked like a murder scene! How can any hotel chain stay in business during a pandemic by running their facility this way?
