Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort

I stayed many times in this hotel and it's still the best hotel in JBR. The staff is friendly, the hotel is beautiful (a bit old but very nice) and the location is perfect - JBR. The room was spacious, quiet and bright. I had a room with sea view. Just amazing. The pool area is nice. The pool has a good temperature. There are enough sunbeds. I love the garden. It's just amazing. And my favourite one: the beach. I love sheratons private beach. I was all day just at the beach. I strongly recommend this hotel. I will always love to come back because the staff welcomes you like a family. When I'm in Sheraton I feel home. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

We had a fabulous time! The hotel was perfect for our needs and we loved the Jumeirah Beach area. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially the consierge and there was plenty to do.

The stay was not bad, It could be much better, the hotel needs renovation, the room is not nice at all, doesn't worth the value for money

I found the staff to not be as helpful with check in, check out and transportation. The rooms and hotel overall were very nice but the grounds around the beach area were very dirty. Dubai is a very clean city so I found this extremely disappointing. I wouldn't stay in this hotel in this area again, there are far better hotels closer by with better staff, facilities and cleanliness. This is definitely NOT a hotel where you get what you pay for, for the money spent I expected much better.

Great hotel in a top location on the walk. The service was excellent, the rooms spacious and the grounds with the beach are to perfect place to unwind. Only low points are the 20min walk to the metro and the heavy development in the immediate area around the hotel. Construction is noisy during the day and the meraas island blocks the open sea view.
