Extended Stay America - Miami - Downtown Brickell - Cruise Port

I can say, you get what you paid for. Room was clean but small, almost no amenities so you have to ask the front everytime you need something.

The hotel was being remodeled And the Room they put us in had not been cleaned nor beds made up but they fixed it by putting us in a clean room.

The person checking us in was very unpleasant. Didn't get the queen size bed as requested. Didn't get a coffee pot and had to go back down stairs for the coffee pot and cups and coffee. Asked to have someone bring it up but they couldn't do that. Room was new but nothing in the kitchenet like a fork or anything. No way I would ever stay there again.

There is nothing unique at all, The place was a mess their remodeling I wouldn’t mind if they refunded my money for that place

No supplies in room such as kitchen items etc Had to call twice to request items to be replenished in room. Staff was not very friendly Had to pay $75 for parking for four days at the hotel

Just the smell of the room like it’s a smoke room.

They don’t know how to treat customer and there are always problems occurring on there behalf

good value for the money overall. Low on staff on weekend. But front desk made an effort to provide good service.

The did not have glasses and utensils were in por condition

From the front desk clerk with an attitude which was not welcoming. They charged additional $15 + tax for parking, really I am renting at your property. The room was dusty, cigarette burn on sheets, musty.
