Great location and large suite - great to have some space for a family in NYC. Friendly helpful staff. Guest laundry facilities great, fitness centre well equipped. Sofa bed and rollaway bed mattresses uncomfortable, bathroom a bit run down with leaking tap and kitchenette not very well equipped/toaster not working. However, staff very helpful with resolving any issues.

Mark Segal, my boss, just told me that this is his new favorite hotel in NYC. Said shower was fine, beds comfy, kitchen nice. He likes how it it was a perfect space for him and his colleague for meetings and getting their photography gear set up. Location is great for our Midtown and UES projects. We look forward to our future visits.

We had a fabulous weekend stay at the Garden Suites for our family of five and would definitely stay again! The location on 64th was perfect in terms of nearness to Central Park to the west and tons of family-friendly food options to the east, and the spacious unit and kitchenette was perfect for feeding the kids at home when they wouldn’t easily eat out. Our unit might have been a little dated in terms of layout and extra seating (we had a cot and lazy boy vs a pullout couch), but our two queen beds were very comfortable and overall our space was very accommodating. Great shower too! Staff was wonderfully nice as well. Loved the noon checkout, for all the little packing and double checking we needed to do for the kids.

Could not think of a better group of staff to serve us last week. Easily the best hotel in your class in NYC
