the room was ok from the first look but when I started utilizing the amenities WHOA! The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush and the front desk guy was awesome and was trying to get maintenance to come to fix it. the phone didn't work, there were burns in the comforter, there was a bunch of garbage in the drawers which scared me since they didn't clean that what else dod they not clean?? There were no garbage bags in the cans and the room overall was kinda disgusting, We rented the jacuzzi room, and to be honest, I WAS TERRIFIED TO GET IN IT! I talked to the front desk guy and he kindly said he would refund our money because he was having an issue with housekeeping not doing their job and I ran outta that place! NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND UNLESS YOU ARE NOT SCARED OF GETTING COVID!

COVID concerned. Happy to see that. Rooms were fresh and clean.

So many updates needed. The room and the common areas was in such poor shape. The bed and pillows....awful!

Perfect, had the room with the jetted tub, and that was very relaxing.

The front desk staff was very friendly but the hotel is dingy, needs upkeep and the room smelled. The outside had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Would not stay again.

Shower/tub sounded like about to fall through floor. 2 remotes for tv that looked like somebody tried staking it. No trash bags. Called desk and he brought a huge 30 gallon bag. Also, little hygiene bottles(lotion conditioner shampoo) 1 was half empty during this pandemic. Burned out lights(3) broken vending machines. Breakfast was literally juice corn flakes or raisin bran and toast with yogurt. But storage room door was open and you could see waddle fryer and can of gravy.

Very comfortable and nice. I would stay here again. Close to grocery and stores. Felt very safe

I reserved a suite. I checked in, card key sleeve had the room number on it, tried both keys, neither worked. Took the keys to the desk, they replaced them with brand new ones. Tried the keys again, didn't work and I could clearly hear someone in the room. Went back to the desk and told them someone was in there. He looked up the room and said that nobody checked into that room. He said he would change to another room, I said to a suite right, he said no. Told him I reserved a suite, turned out he was trying to give me a different room. I got the suit, the room was terrible, coffee still in the coffee maker, carpet was worn out so bad the tack strip was poking through the carpet, the threshold was separated in a couple of spots leaving a tripping hazard as well as sharp edges. One of the sinks had the hot and cold reserved, the hot water was extremely hot to the point of possible scolding. I do not recommend this place and I will never go there again.

The internet and TV service wasn’t working. No service recovery was offered

Room was pretty clean but hallways were not. A bit of a stale smell. Employees were good!
