Hampton Inn & Suites Reagan National Airport - Crystal City

Good stay. The breakfast was a bit meager but I know it's hard when everything has to be separately wrapped.

I had a good stay at the hotel. My room was clean and location was great. Plenty of restuarants in walking distance. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Great stay. Highly recommended.

Should really get the parking elevator fixed

The check-in was a little lack-luster. After she finally looked up from her phone and acknowledged I was standing there, she looked at my ID and asked for credit card. Never said anything about the deposit. I had to ask. There were signs that the garage elevators were broken, but nothing was said to me. I was handed my key without a word spoken like, the hotel room elevator is to your left, here is your room key, breakfast is over there in the morning, we're working on repairing the garage elevator....but i was simply handed a key and she resumed her cell phone activity. Not a big deal, just kind of annoying. Overall the stay, hotel was good at a good price.

Enjoy able one now night stay. Shuttle driver was friendly and professional. Easy check check-in process.

This Inn is conveniently located within walking distance to several good restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place food places right near. Great place to stay

Checked in and parked vehicle in basement garage only to find the elevator out of service. Had to drag luggage up the ramp. I asked the desk why they didn’t say anything about the elevator being out of service so I could have unloaded our luggage while we were conveniently parked at the front entrance. They did provide a 20% discount on parking fees however would not refund the parking fee for the day/night my vehicle was off site Staff less than accommodating. Did; however, appreciate the measures put in place to support social distancing and posing noticed showing spaces were cleaned and safe
