Kelly Inn Minot

This is a family favorite place for us to stay in Minot. They have been affected by the pandemic. The breakfast area is closed but they provide a generously sized cold bagged breakfast upon request. My stay involved a few hiccups (door key wasn't operating properly and room wasn't ready upon arrival) but staff courteously and efficiently worked hard to make things right. I would not hesitate to continue to stay at this hotel, hopefully on a more regular basis after the pandemic is over.

Shower curtain needed washed, beds needed to be straightened more. Otherwise all right

Our room was very disappointing. There it was not vaccumed there were chips and crumbs everywhere even on the night stand. The corners of the bathroom look like the hadn't been cleaned in months. The chair was so old, dirty and loose I wouldn't even let my kids sit on it. With Covid19 right now i would assume that extra care would be done to sanitize and keep clean. The staff was great but i would not recommend this facility to others at the current time.

Breakfast items empty - for both times we visited the bar. No attendant to be seen - both mornings. For the duration of our visit to the breakfast area. No luggage carts to be found on checkin or checkout. If you ask for one - the staff will tell you that there “should be one” - but they do not offer assistance whatsoever to locate. If you are looking for a room and no amenities - this is the place to stay!

It was a nice, quiet stay! Breakfast was yummy! We needed a room last minute due to a family emergency and this hotel was definitely a smart choice as far as us needing a place to also chill out from the chaotic weekend.

Close to shopping mall. Affordable price to stay. Clean rooms with good breakfast. Quiet hotel would stay there again.

The staff are very friendly and do an excellent job. They seem to be understaffed and not able to handle a large capacity of people. There where numerous children all weekend completely out of control. Parents should be controlling there children is the issue, but they have no security there. Children yelling and screaming up and down room hallways till late at night and completely took over pools and hot tub with no regulations. Security would help. I will put it on understaffing not the personnel. Last time staying there.

It’s run down, rooms are dirty. Door latch on exterior door broken.

The location was great. The pool was misleading on the website. Much smaller in person. When we checked in our bathroom in out room had been used. The toilet was not flushed and the tub had had dirt in it.
