I stay here every time I come to London. It's not fancy, but has everything you need. Breakfast is good and included, the staff are nice. I would like to see recycling facilities and perhaps access to a fridge. Some rooms have fridges. The fire escape is a nice place to sit and have tea - which is provided in the room. It's an old building, so water pressure is pretty bad. Lots of hot water though not much cold (rarely relevant in London though). Good value as London is VERY expensive.

The location of this hotel is great...near public transportation and in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, etc. The hotel is more like a boarding or guest house rather than a hotel. The building is is "ok" condition, it is cramped and aging. We were located on the top floor, and there is not elevator, so we had to walk up four flights of stairs with luggage. It is definitely cheaper than most other options in London, but the price reflects what you receive.

The room was soo small you have to walk sideways around the bed. The shower was the size of a phone booth. All in all it was way overpriced for the size, I guess they charge by the sq. foot. In their defense, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend this hotel.The staff is very friendly, its clean.the breakfast was excellent , and you can;t beat the location.

Convenient location No lift - at 64 & 67 had to drag heavy suitcases up 3 floors - no one to assist! Breakfast was great each day.

This is, by far, the worst experience we've ever had. The reception/office closes at 10.00 pm. I arrive at 10.05 and was verbally attacked. The staff was rude, aggressive and racist towards African American males. Additionally, what is listed on Expedia as check in and check out is vastly different than their onsite rules.
