Towers Hotel Stabiae Sorrento Coast

As everyone mentions, the view is incredible, so beautiful! But the service is just so bad it lets the hotel down. Receptionists take so long and don’t care about enabling people waiting, nobody would serve us food and drinks around the pool and the wait staff couldn’t be any rider if they tried ( well most of them)!

The location is amazing! The room we had was great. lots of space and great view. The resort has everything. Pool and small private beach. The front end staff very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The only down fall for this location was the restaurant. Service terrible and not pleasant. We did not enjoy or restaurant experience. The lounge staff was Great! They ran out of all certain beers and drinks everyday however there service was great. I would recommend this property however take the shuttle in to town to eat,.

Great view of the Gulf of Naples. Hotel signage not very good from road. No clear way to enter parking lot when checking in; had to wait at gate until someone exited.

The place is great if you want to go out and do day trips to Capri or the other surrounding towns. It isn’t in walking distance to anything. The pool and beach close at 7, but overall it has beautiful views, a great breakfast. Wifi is slow, and rooms are a bit dated but good value for money.

Hotel very clean with a nice view of the open sea, however staff very unhelpful also made a lot of mistakes including charging twice and then embarrassing you in front of other guests staying at the hotel. I would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to anyone but if you do stay there beware of the hidden charges at the bar, restaurant, and borrowing equipments such as USB charging adapters, iron ect. I’m looking into taking legal action to recover my money...

The hotel is very nice but it isn’t as polished as it should be. I believe it has been taken over by an independent party and although they have put a lot of effort into the renovation of the rooms it lacks attention to detail in the hallways, restraunt and bar. The mosaics in the halls ways had missing sections and made it look unfinished. The restaurant was okay but needed more options on the menu. The bar was tidy and clean but unfortunately the consumables n offer we’re very pricey and the furniture was beggining to show signs of age. The location of the hotel isn’t ideal. You MUST have a car. If you do have a car always use private parking as there seem to be many youth gangs in the area that scratch and throw stones at cars that are newer. Also remember to take out the insurance that the car companies offer as you could be in for a shock when you get back to the depot. It’s sometimes difficult to nagotiate your way to a meal in the local area as many people only speak Italian but if you do choose this hotel please go to miccio on the marina front. Fantastic. He still works there at 79 years old!!!

The view is Awesome! Modern and clean rooms. Great location.
