Hotel Best Jacaranda

This was a short break to escape the horrible February weather. The hotel is in a good position for the beach shops and restaurants. The amenities are super with four pools and a pool bar. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was okay. The dining room is rather like an office canteen and could do with some flowers, paintings to cheer it up. We would stay here again but only for a short break.

Had to stay for emergency night as flights home were cancelled. Never again. Had to queue for 1.5 hours at reception to check in. Staff were unfriendly and quite abrupt at reception. No information offered about the hotel or amenities. Room was clean but dark. It was classed as superior double pool view. I could see the pool but definitely not superior. I would not want to stay for my full holiday here. Will not return and this is definitely not a four star hotel. 3 at a real push

Rooms were clean and big , shower is great. Plenty of pools and space for the amount of guests , would be best if another pool was heated as everyone gathers around one Staff at pool bar quite uninviting Staff in restaurant very welcoming One lifeguard sat spitting near to where we sat , not happy with that at all Queued 45 mins when arrived to check in

We have stayed here at least 6 times and were always happy. This time we noticed the standards weren't as good. Our room was looking rather tired decor wise and the shower head needed changing. The bottom of the bath was grey compared with white sides. The room was however clean. One member of staff at check in was miserable and waved us to be checked in with someone else. No greeting or smile from Celia. The lady who checked us in however was lovely even though there was a big queue. Waiting staff at breakfast were extremely rude and barged past my husband and myself. No waiting for guests to get through areas first, just shoving past. The Jacaranda has really lost its edge.

Fabulous time. Love the hotel. Super animation team - stretching and aqua-aerobics every day! Great reception staff. Only sadness cannot go back as 13 year old counts as adult and has to have separate room 😞 would not leave him in room on own or with younger child.

The property is very nice and the staff did a good job and the breakfast was good I just had breakfast I had the other meals away from the hotel but the hotel was fun and is very family oriented . A lot of kids and the entertainment was good downstairs and at the upstairs bar but of course I mostly went out on the town I would recommend this hotel it has everything you need and is located in a good spot for the ocean and the shops

Amazing time for the whole family, children, parents, and grandparents. Good location close to the beach, very good facilities within the hotel, swimmingpools, playgrounds, bars and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Total package was very good!

Staff are very patient and helpful. Food is fantastic and many cuisines are available.
