Royal Mirage Deluxe Marrakech

I was looking forward to being able to do a bit of swimming and the pool was closed which was disappointing. I should have been told that I’m advance. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is beautiful! Slightly dated, but adds to the character. The staff were very friendly. Great swimming pool. Great location. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel but they advertise 3 restaurants and there was only one and that was a buffet!

This is a very run down hotel, but the hotel was clean, service was okay - except for the lady in reception who claims to be the manager was not polite at all

Quiet hotel. Upon checking in we didn’t receive any information on the hotel/location which would have been helpful. Pool is lovely, sun loungers could be cleaned, there is music payed during the day and towels are provided. Room is a nice size and is clean, shower doors need replacing! They provided an iron on request. There is a lack of drink options during the day. Lunch menu is decent, no complaints with the food except breakfast could be better. A lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things a little difficult but maybe we should have learned French 😀 location is nice. 15 mins walk from media quiet far but I preferred the location as it was not as busy and there were some nice restaurants to eat from.

Would not class it as a 4*. look tired in need of a clean up and paint. Breakfast needs improving, Very little veg, vegan option, Need fresh milk. need to change breakfast around. Same thing every day!!

One of my favorate hotels. Wonderful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Lots of unique atmosphere.

The property is tired and in need of renovation. When we got thee we got maintenance in 11 separate items. Even then, some items were not reported. The staff seemed indifferent and appeared not to care apart from the reception staff, who were attentive. The breakfasts were appalling- the cooked food was dried out, fresh food tasteless. Not a good advert for Marrakesh. We tried another hotel in a similar price range - a very different experience,
