Its across the street from the boardwalk. Rooms on the front of the building have a beautiful view of water. Staff is amazing.

Lovely place right on the beach. Good breakfast spread. Staff are very helpful. Able to walk into town and explore.

Hotel and rooms in top condition. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay. The hotel is a bit pricy compared to other hotels, but it is well located and in great condition.

**********************NOT SATISFIED********************** Firstable, the booking via website doesn't AT ALL match to reality: - We booked a king size bed (double), we got seperated beds. - We got got to pay extra money for taxes not mentionned in the site !!!? - We payed for an included breakfast, and we didn't get it. - We asked for customized bed (just married people/honey moon), obviously we got seperated beds !!!!!! - Bathroom was disappointing. The sink was blocked with the water taking a long time to drain. The bath had a similar problem. - We had to pay for parking - The safe, TV and phone didn’t work . - We had to ask for room service each day several times a day for the cleaning, and always come late. - Staff wasn't friendly and even a lit bit unpolite. - It was supposed to be a gift for a friend and we have asked for special treatement and room customization. - The price doesn't match the real hotel quality, the hotel was choosen for his rate which not matches.

This review is broken into 2 parts. Part 1 to travellers. Part 2 to the hotel. Part 1: This is a great hotel. Extremely well located. Right in front of the municipal beach. It is also close to the "must be seen" attractions in Tanger. We stayed in a superior room after being upgraded from the standard double room which was caused by a mistake of the hotel related to their advertising. Our room was very clean and spacious. We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday night, so it was noisy at night. Beware if you're a light sleeper. Part 2: To the hotel staff and management. It is very unfortunate to enter such a nice hotel and have it smell like sewers. I hope that this issue was temporary. It would be advisable to have the person who greats new customers, to explain the reason why there's such a smell in the lobby area whenever entering or exiting. Second, Hotel staff should never blame customers for errors upon the room advertised throughout online brokers. It is the duty of the Hotel management to make sure that everything advertised is accurate. That's the reason why 2 couples in front of us started screaming upon the same issue we had and that is that both standard rooms AND superior rooms are being advertised with the same picture showing both beach views from the rooms. That is indeed incorrect and should be fixed as soon as possible. Only the superior rooms & suites have ocean view. Also, valet could use a more welcoming approach. Made us feel like we were not welcomed.
