Hotel Vergilius-Billia

Came to the hotel just before midnight and they couldnt find my booking but found me a room and said we can sort it out in the morning .The next day göt in touch with hotel.com and they contacted the hotel and the problem was solved quickly so hats off for the staff of hotel.com and people at the hotel for letting me stay even if they couldnt find the booking .The hotel itself is very close to the metro and central station so easy to get around .i had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed and spacious room the shower was great and hot water day and night .breakfast was ok always enough plenty of sweet things good coffee, was ham cheese fried and scrambled egg ,cherry tomatoes, would of liked a little more variety

I had a one bed room which was clean, comfortable and had a modern toilet/shower. The breakfast is large and location is very convenient. However the bedroom walls are paper thin and I was woken twice - first at late night when neighbouring guests came in late, and then again in early hours when a generator (or some form of turbine machine) started at 530am. For that reason I probably won't visit the place again.

Lovely hotel with great customer service, very close to the train station to take us to Pompeii, we even managed to get a little further to Sorrento and weren't worried about getting back late as check in wasn't till midnight. Also the marble cake at breakfast was AMAZING 🤗

Although the staff was very helpful and tried their best to be accommodating, the advertisement for this hotel are inaccurate. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. Maybe 2 star at best. This place is not worth the money. Will never stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

No place for second suitcase, bathroom not cleaned well, mold/dirt here and there. Safe never worked, asked to fix, never came. No laundry service, but there is a self serve right around the corner. Bathroom amenities minimal. Can’t bill bar to room. Good location to train station. 3 blocks. No counter space in bathroom. Hairdryer fixed to bathroom wall. No Kleenex.

We were moved twice smell in room .Then the next room was a dump . In the morning the shower was cold then it stopped working all together we had no water. My husband had a small cold shower i myself was moved to a single room to have a shower this was our third move .Never again

Hotel itself is excellent. Staff are nice and very accommodating. Breakfast is superb. Centrally located and very close to the central station, but the streets to and from the hotel are a little scary and dangerous especially at night, lots of migrants arguing and following me around. other than that, it's a great hotel and I don't mind coming back here...

Extremely dirty! Extremely unsafe! The door to the room did not lock properly and it appears that someone had already attempted to break in to the room because the door was broken.
