Copenhagen Island Hotel

Great service & clean rooms.

Good location. Great service. Due to covid-19 the restaurant was closed but we were given instructions on how to order delivery to the hotel where porcelain & cutlery were provided. The paid breakfast was however a little disappointing. Room was clean and tidy.

Very, very nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Great rooms with nice view and excellent location in the middle of the exiting Copenhagen water front

Definitely one of the top hotels in Copenhagen. Beautiful views of the sea from my room (although the balcony was quite small). High ceilings, very nice place. Staff was extremely attentive and responsive to any concerns I had. I even managed to drop a piece of jewelry of mine behind a shelf— and they promptly had a maintenance man disassemble the shelf and retrieve it for me. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is great with friendly staff, If your lucky you may end up with the fantastic river view. Situated in a very accessible area near the shopping mall. Nice clean rooms and cozy beds.

Harbor swim

Picked this hotel so that I could swim in the harbor pool right outside. It was great. Water quality was good. I liked the hotel overall. Nice and friendly staff.

Perfect hotel in Copenhagen

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 6 days. We loved this hotel so much. Everything from the beautiful view from our room to the comfort of the bed. The staff was super friendly and ready to help us with everything from parking (really happy they had some parkingspaces right next to the hotel) to what to do in Copenhagen. They had bikes you could rent if you wanted, and I'm really sad we didn't take advantage of this. I saw their bikes all over the city so it seemed really popular. Next time we're visiting Copenhagen, this is the place we'll stay.

The Hotel is located in the new area in the harbor. It is about a 10-15 Minute walk to the downtown area, City Hall. But the bike offers bikes for a day, you can par anywhere in the city, so can walk. Since it is located on the water, you have a place to swim and rent boats to go with through the small channels not to far away. Rooms, design and breakfast are all good. The staff at he reception is very professional and always helpful. The problem was the parking. The hotel has about 30 spaces in front of it. So you have to drive quite a bit to the public garage, which is not to far away from the hotel walking wise. Since we had the last room on our floor, house keeping came at 5 pm, while we were resting in the room, so there was no room service for us. Other than that, the Hotel is great, when you do not come by car.

Harbour view ;-)

Comfy rooms, good location close to Meatpacking district. Lots of nice walking/running along the harbour and bridges. Breakfast is in COVID state but works fine.
