Hotel Mercure Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions

Nothing to like about the hotel, I felt unsafe and was only in this hotel for about 20 minuets because I needed to book another hotel. Paid an absurd taxi fare to get to this hotel and it was hard to see as the sign was not lit up at night. Had to be buzzed into the hotel and that Took almost 5 minuets, standing in the cold at night as the front desk staff was not paying attention. Once inside the staff seemed unorganized and took a long time to find our reservation and was unpleasant to deal with. The room was awful, the door could barely open without hitting the bed, It has a funny smell, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets looked unwashed. Overall I feel this was a complete scam, it was stated as 4 star hotel and felt like a 2 star at best. Very disappointed.

There was no electricity when I arrived, no staff at the desk, rude. Breakfast was ok but noone was cleaning tables, absolute mess.

No basic needs, no milk for coffee no shampoo no conditioner no soap. I did ask the staff about it twice but nothing changed
