Grand Hotel

Very clean, quiet. Staff very helpful-

The rooms are big, the beds comfortable but it is dated. The pool was crowded and noisy with kids running everywhere!

The work was nice there

The Grand was a great place to stay for the night. They have a very nice pool and hot tub area with access from sliding glass doors in your room. We also used their free shuttle service to the airport and were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel to save on fees for parking at the airport.

Nostalgic full service hotel, brings you back to the past. Where the pool actually has a deep section and a fine restaurant for dining.

Pulled sheets back and full of chips and snack wrappers. Hot tub was not open at 9:00am like stated, opened at 9:30, disappointing and limited swim time in check out day Staff not consistently wearing masks Lack of staff at the front desk Fridge looked clean, but smelled horrible

Always a great hotel to stay at whenever we come to Minot for something that requires us to stay overnight or if we fly out of Minot and can leave our car parked at the the hotel while we are gone. 0

The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. We have stayed at the grand before and they have round tables outside your room with 4 chairs. We had booked 3 rooms together and we didn’t have any chairs at our tables. When we called the front desk they said it was first come first serve. So other rooms had all of our chairs. We pulled out the chairs from our rooms but that wasn’t enough for all of us. Made it hard to visit with each other and watch the kids swim. Then house keeping started vacuuming the pool deck at 735 a.m. that wasn’t a nice wake up call. We stayed up till 10 but there had been adults swimming and drinking at 2 a.m. and the pool was closed the front desk again said if they are over 18 there isn’t anything they could do. We spent a lot of money for 3 rooms to get very little sleep and had to do a lot of standing. Won’t be on our top list of hotels to stay at again.
