Hotel Garibaldi

The city of Naples was under restoration and the traffic, noise and area condition was not accountable to the hotel or staff. The closeness to accessible transport was good although it was currently distressing sometimes. The room was good and internet connection worked well. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful they were wonderful. The only let down was there elevator was not easily accessible as I didn’t like stairs. The breakfast eating area was small and hot which became overcrowded very quickly.

Reservations made months in advance and confirmed 2 weeks in advance adding 1 additional person. No room available when we got there to check in. Sent to another hotel in what felt like an abandoned building being remodeled 1 room at a time. 3 keys to get in and out to a 1st floor room which looked like a dormitory room. At which point I contacted vrbo who contacted hotel Garibaldi. A return call to me with a confirmation number assuring us a room if we returned to hotel Garibaldi. Still no room. Escorted to another hotel which was acceptable since I had been traveling more than 24 hours. If you don't speak Italian hotel Garibaldi will hang up on you. The quality suite hotel was the building with 3 locked doors to get through and no one in reception area. Hotel Garibaldi worst experience.

Tutto ok hotel eccezionale, pulito, è vicino alla stazione centrale di napoli

Mi è piaciuta la gentilezza del personale,la colazione ricca ,non mi è piaciuta la stanza soprattutto il bagno

aimé : l'emplacement de l'hôtel tout près des commodités de transport et du centre historique ; l'amabilité du personnel du petit déjeuner (spécialement la gentillesse de Cino) moins bien : hôtel un peu bruyant et salle de bain (douche, wc) vétustes.

Albergo privo di ascensore quindi molto scomodo per le valigie , la stanza non proprio da 3 stelle , il pavimento del bagno rovinato e macchiato , la colazione non eccezionale . Personale molto cortese.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare centrale donc idéal quand on veut partir en dehors de Naples vers Pompéi (circumvesuviano pour 3,50€) Sorento… ou même rejoindre l'aéroport en bus (20mn pour 5€) En sortant de l'hôtel attention à ne pas prendre tout de suite sur la gauche car ces quartiers là sont vraiment très moches et très sales. Par contre pour rejoindre le centre-ville historique il est recommandé de prendre la rue corso Umberto 1. En sortant de l'hôtel il faut aller à droite et encore à droite. L'hôtel est propre et confortable sans chichi. Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique
