Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South

The staff were helpful and location good, however cleanliness, particulairly at a time like this, should be paramunt, and despite the decal on the door suggesting it had been cleaned, there was a wrapped chocolate in the corner on the floor, long black hairs (im bald) in the bathroom and mold in the shower. The cleanliness was the letdown, because otherwise the hotel was good, great staff and the room good if perhaps a bit tired in the bathroom.

We needed a local hotel for one night following our move out of a highrise condo building on Brickell Avenue. The Hilton Garden Inn was BY FAR the least expensive and suited our purposes. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was particularly handy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. And free parking in Miami is UNHEARD OF. We would definitely stay here again rather than pay two or three times as much for other hotels in Brickell.

It was clean and the staff was prompt and respectful. But its important to explain that the restaurant is closed due to covid!

Sevice was terrible and they overcharged me and gave me the run a round trying to resolve the problem. Front desk service was terrible no help and had attitudes. Will never stay there again. Thay made my experience a horrible one.

Loved the area & the front desk staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating! I was nervous about travel during this time, but they did a really nice job maintaining distancing & keeping things very clean & safe.

Check-in and front desk service was awesome. Room was an ok standard hotel room. Parking is horrible, unless you park in the metal flood lifts which people are allowed to park however they wish, blocking multiple spaces and the exits to leave. This area needs patrolling.

The room was small. The staff need to check the rooms before checking in new guests. The alarm in my room went off at 6AM. Of course one does not think to check the clock in the room to make sure the alarm is not set up. This was obviously a prank from the previous guest. It set a bad tone for the rest of my stay at this hotel. Not enough staff working. I waited 20 minutes to get check into my room because there was no staff available at the front desk upon my arrival. The free parking lot is very limited, not enough space. Have to arrive early to secure a spot. I would not stay here again.

AMAZING CLEAN RELAXING CLEAN BEDS SO DAMN COMFORTABLE I WAS ON CLOUD 9 IT WAS A SURPRISE FOR MY BF's BDAY THE POOL VIEW and PALM TREES PUT US IN A DIFFERENT SPACE.

Good comfortable rooms , had free parking , nothing much to do close by , need a car to go anywhere.
