Great stay. We were there for several nights. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Stayed here on a weekend girls' trip. We could not have been more pleased. It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The lobby area is absolutely beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the service was fantastic. It is very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge and just a quick drive to McCaysville.

Great service, but the hotel walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors snoring and the alarm clock on the other side. The hotel is in need of an update.

Beautiful mountain views, very comfortable bed with quality sheets and towels.

Hotels was super clean, stairways carpeted and very clean as well. On-the-go bagged breakfast was handy. Registration clerk very helpful with list of nature things to do in the area.

Great hotel, only a 10 minute walk from downtown.

The breakfast bar we were so used to enjoying at this hotel wasn’t available (thanks Covid). Other than that, the hotel was as pleasant as always. This was our 5th time staying here over the past couple of years.

Hotel was clean (esp bathroom) and convenient. Bed was comfy and linens soft. Covid shut down breakfast bar but take out baggy was provided with menial unhealthy options. It was adequate tho. However, don't book via Expedia, people!! Our Expedia room was above portico and there was zero view thru the rafters! Also, we needed to change dates and were still hit with $150 charge despite our Expedia rep saying he had taken care of any penalty charges since we were changing dates not cancelling the entire reservation. I won't use Expedia ever again. Use the hotel front desk for everything from now on!
