Comfort Suites Moses Lake

I disnt stay there because the outsode area was dirty and it was very loud. I booked a room elsewhere.

It was super clean and the staff was VERY friendly. I will be returning. ALSO great parking if you have a trailer.

From the outside, and even when you first walk on, the hotel looks nice. The two staff members we saw were very pleasant, although I was disappointed that no one was wearing a face covering. Unfortunately, our room, while spacious and decent looking, was dirty. There was a half-drank water bottle in the fridge, lots of hair, bits of food and an old medicine cup behind the nightstand and beds. Because of COVID, I wiped down all surfaces, many that were filthy. There were stains on the walls that came off when wiped. The shower handle and faucet was covered with soap scum. At first, I thought they were stains, but it came off when i wiped it with a towel. The other thing that will keep me from staying at this property are the blinding spotlights in the parking lot that are pointed DIRECTLY at the guestrooms. What on earth were they thinking?? You are forced to pull the curtains at night because these things light up the room. I will never understand why those blinding lights are pointed at room windows. It's ridiculous. Anyway, this hotel has the potential to be a nice place to stay. But until housekeeping gets brought up to standard and those lights are pointed down, I can't ever stay there again.

Good quality for the price. Location is good, plenty of fast food resturants walking distance. Love the back side grills

The hotel smelled a little like wet dog. I know they allow animals there, but might benefit by separating rooms that can have dogs from ones that can’t, so we don’t all have to smell dogs upon our stay. The front desk was very friendly and that was the best part of our stay. The facilities are mostly closed right now but they all looked like they were sufficient. I had read there was inadequate lighting in the parking lot and I will say that was definitely not the case. The beds were not very comfortable and we woke up with sore backs, but it was not too bad. Tv is definitely not HD and is super small. A little outdated, but sufficient. The tub and sink drained really slowly, so we weren’t able to shower there. I think this hotel could be really great with a little TLC. But overall experience was not necessarily bad, just mediocre for $115 a night.

24 hour pool and spa, we had a long drive and needed to eat,so it was nice to be able to soak before bed

Clean, efficient & friendly. Close to town and several restaurants. Clean & quiet location.

We traveled with our tween and dog. The staff was wonderful, the room was large and clean.

This is one of many stays at this facility. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and nice, and for the money a good deal.

Comfortable. Hot tub,hot. Breakfast great Lots of pillows.
