Big clean room, bed rock hard

Very clean, big room, great showers. Only two English TV channels. Pillows soft, bed rock hard. Good restaurant food, reasonably priced. Nothing around but stayed to be close to Chulabhorn Hospital.

Miracle hotel was a last minute option. I booked a different hotel for the next day and not for the day I arrived to Bangkok. It was $42.06 dollars total with taxes included. The taxi ride from suvarnabhumi airport was 475 tbh with tolls. They have a very nice lobby and i checked in at 1 am that morning. The bed was clean and the bathroom had a decent view of the city. It was a Big king size room. I did see some bugs in the bathroom and I had to let the water Run because it was coming out dirty at the beginning. The costumer service of the hotel was the best. I checked out at 12 pm and I came back for my bags at 6 pm meanwhile I went to the city for sightseeing. I used the lobby’s bathroom to change and they offered me an airport shuttle for free that same night to go to the do mueang airport. WiFi was free and it work perfectly. The bar’s food at the lobby was really good. It cost me and my friend approx 500tbh for 2 meals

Good for stay but not near to any amenities shops. Cleanliness of room is good although fitting and furniture are kind of old.

i am very sad because they don’t give room at this hotel. I am wrong because I book hotel so far from Airport, so I want to change another hotel. Finally I could change it to me because it is same owner. I am very happy. But they told lie, they did not change to me. I must book another hotel. I think I am not lucky because they could help me but they cheat me. They made me hurt. It is not good for this travel.

Nothing special for a higher end hotel

Room rate is ok for a higher end hotel but food is overpriced. Location for DM airport is good. Pool is good. The rooms need an overhaul. Peeling wallpaper, dirty fixtures and cochroaches need to be fixed. Bed sheets are old and worn with holes. Restaurant breakfast buffet at 520B is overpriced for the value. There's a good selection of food but what should be hot food under heat I found to be cold so a bit disappointing. Ask egg chef to heat everything in their pan.

Bad experience

The service was good. The staffs were all nice and helpful. However, the hotel is old and run down. My room was stink!!! I had to change the room. The new room was better but still can smell the old carpet. Also in my parents’ room, we found 2 cockroaches!! Omg that was disgusting! Again they changed the room for us. I would not go there again.
