Negril Palms

Pros: Staff is nice and accommodating. Right on the beach Cons: The hotel has a tendency to cut corners. Fluorescent light in the rooms makes a strange atmosphere, not well kept, mediocre food in the restaurant, housekeeping only on request, poor wifi, e.t.c We tried to cancel our reservation and move somewhere else, but they refused us a refund

this was our 2nd visit in 3 years. the staff remains consistent, is so welcoming and helpful. they are very attentive and try their best to accommodate any requests. We love all that work there from front office to the beach towards the back. everyone encountered is amazing. thank you to all for a wonderful vacation during this crazy time.

Pillows had mold, bugs. Very loud construction happening at the room next door with no warning. Cockroach seen on front door from check in to check out! Gorgeous beach and gardens.

Exellent location, best beach out of the 7 miles, excellent beach bar & good food.

Such easy access to the beautiful beach with great security and plenty of lounges and umbrellas.

The staff was outstanding! Lack of water pressure. Wobbly faucet. Poor lighting in room. Beautiful foliage! Food was good and reasonably priced. Great pool and nice beach and chairs. Loved the staff! Hard to regulate A/C. Nice little balcony.

The staff is the most helpful that i have ever encountered. Willing to go above and beyond to assist.

Arrived late in the evening, very easy check-in. Grounds are very lush and tropical. Room was exceptionally clean even though it was in need of some minor cosmetic improvements. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the restaurant on property. Only complaint we have is that I ordered the grilled chops and my wife ordered shrimp. Her meal was fine, mine was still partially frozen. My grilled vegetables were also ice cold. I let our server know and she offered the option of taking the plate back to heat up the chops or leaving the fries behind as she took the chops back to reheat. When I asked to order something less (less expensive than the chops), the server said I could but I still had to pay for the chops! I said I would stick with the chops thinking I would get new food...nope! She brought back the same chops. Obviously I didn’t eat them, and was disappointed, but that was the only hiccup we had. We will keep Negril Palms on our list of possible places to stay.

Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Love if here.
