Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud

Nothing special Small room and the bed close to the door!! Not comfortable. Unfortunately I need the laundry service but no one help to take the clothes!! He said I come to collect mine but no one come! I don’t recommend this hotel. The service not reach five stars hotel!! Not enough parking! The best thing is the hotel location.

it is not clean and they not replying to phone. towel is wet. room smells bad. food is below average.

It is great however the parking need more attention

The rome wasn’t very clean and the shampoo and body wash was used, also rome wasn’t calm.

Great from all aspects, reception, clean, foods, calm, price...

Need revamp. It’s so bad to see the quality of rooms deteriorates with the time year after year without taking action! The location of hotel is great but you have to maintain the quality of rooms and furniture ! Also I have 2 separate booking but the reception insisted to transfer my luggage and change my room ! There was literary no difference between 2 room ! That was really annoying.

Nice property and clean nice view and great location

I've been stayed in dozens of Novotels throughout the works, and this is definitely the worst. 1. Both rooms I've been as well as corridors have an awful smell of old smoke. So no matter is your room non-smoking or not, you will suffer. 2. All the facilities old and needs renovation. Mould and dirt are everywhere. 3. Breakfast is ok, but the choice is not very wide. Coffee is bad. I asked the staff to bring some cold played as the were empty, he said ”yes” and disappeared. Half an hour later, when I was leaving, plates were still empty. 4. I had a trip with two kids, so I've reservered superior room with 1 queen bed and one sofa bed with city view. In fact, the room have one midsize bed, and no sofa bed, with views to some industrial cooling units. I came to the reception, and they promised me to bring a sofa bed. 30 minutes later nobody came (despite kids we're going to sleep), so I came to the reception again and made a scandal. They changed the room to another one, with a bigger sofa. Although it was not a sofa bed, it had enough space for two kids and I did my have the strength to war further, so I agreed, and they surprised me that I must pay 25% more for the room. I declined, snt 15 minutes more for swearing, and got a free upgrade. 5. To take the bed linen for sofa bed was additional adventure. I've called to the housekeeping 2 or 3 times before the guys came. Calls to the reception were useless as they were not going to call housekeeping by themselves and told

Asked for a non smoking but they only had smoking with a bad cold cigarette smoke. Noisy AC. Noisy room . Old
