Dellarosa Boutique Hotel

This our first visit to Marrakech. The hotel and staff were really helpful and pleasant and friendly. Room was upgraded by the staff which we were really grateful for. Cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was a good variety of options. El Hassan and the lady at the desk were amazing people and very hospitable. We did not think we could befriend them but we did and got on very well with them. They gave us respect and guided us throughout our stay. We can not fault the hotel in anyway and will return again in future. Thankyou for your warm welcome.

Easy and efficient check in. Within walking distance to the medina.

We had the deluxe room booked but when we got there it was not deluxe at all, it did not look like the photos. Also the shower was leaking when using this, we only stayed one night but that felt like it was too long.

Very nice staff at arrival. Nice welcome with tea offered etc. Shame about the room, which was in a very poor state, and very dirty - with dead insects under the window and a huge hair and fluff ball alongside the bed. The general state of the room - especially the bathroom (mouldy and with badly patched up repairs) - left a lot to be desired. When I complained about the dirty state of the room, the management changed rooms and gave us a clean one - with added touch of rose petals everywhere as an "excuse us". I advise to check state of cleanliness of room when you arrive.

All was ok but Telefon was not working I told them 1st day the phone is not working but till I check out Was not working & the bar on the roof top never see a staff and when you see one or order beer have to wait more then 1 h to get a beer

Staff were very good and polite BUT the hotel was terrible in every sense. Booked 2 nights for a £100, the booking clearly stated double bed however it had 2 single beds, when i complained i was told nothing else was available and I had to make do, after insisting on a change i was asked to pay an additional £50 for a new room with a double bed. Even the new room whilst it had a double bed was terrible, water leaking on to the floor when showering, AC dials all broken, just generally a bad experience. The only positive were the staff.

Comfortable stay. However, not much space around the compact pool. The nice roof terrace was a bonus. Sadly there was not much option with the restaurant menu. Overall, it was a good stay.

What a great hotel. After a night in the Medina it was a welcome escape from the throngs of people. The hotel is very clean and spacious with welcoming staff. The rooftop was a great place to relax. I'll 100% stay there again

Overall good but small things like the cleanliness of the bathroom and the very limited breakfast could have been better.
