Holiday Inn Express &Suites Snyder

Well it is where I need to be to conduct my business. Due to Covid many changes had to be made but still very accommodating and comfortable.

All was good, even had a hot breakfast which is hard to find in today's climate!

The service was awesome, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super clean. Holiday Inn always exceed my expectations.

Our room was in really bad shape. There was urine all over the toilet and floor from previous patron. The ceiling was falling down and the tiles were broken and very sharp in the bathroom floor. We had to cover the area with a towel so that our feet did not get injured. Breakfast was a joke and not as described. We had to new key cards every day that we stayed because we would get upstairs and they wouldn’t work. We will Not be back!!!!!

We stayed for 1 night, enjoyed our clean room with nice shower. Hot breakfast in the morning (which is rare these days) had limited selection but overall was good and filling - they had omelet, biscuits with gravy, milk and cereal, fruits and coffee station. Good value for the money, would be back.

I checked in late. I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn for decades due to poor service situation. Though the pool closes at 10PM, there were 5 adults with beer bottles partying in the pool LOUDLY. No pool do I know allow you to have glass by the pool. Finally, at 1AM I called the front desk. I called every 20 min and the people were still there, yelling loudly. The front desk said that they told them to leave but they did not. And the front desk said he could not call the police until he got hold of the manager, and he could not get a hold of the manager. I told him that I would call the police then. Unfortunately, the police never answered. Finally, at 2AM, exhausted, I told the people that they needed to leave and that the police have been called. They left, but as luck would have it, they had the room next to mine. God Bless them and their stamina, but they talked loudly and were having sex until after 4AM. Then...even though I scheduled a late check-out, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am. AND...even though I told the manager, they knocked on my door again at 11am even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. The main saving grace was that I was able to get my stay compensated. Though the place was physically decent and the people were nice, they were ineffective. What if the people were violent? Then could you call the police?

Stay was good. Breakfast was terrible compared to normal. Wrapped bowls of cereal on a table with no milk and nobody around to ask. No access to coffee or juice or anything else.

Best hotel we have stayed in awhile. Very nice people and clean

Amazingly perfect! Efficient , friendly, fast checkin. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed . Great location. Great afternoon food and breakfast. Definitely recommend.
