Horrible cancelation policy

This hotel was lovely. 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is outstanding, beaches are beautiful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast was very good and evening meal was good, but not piping hot, which was a shame as the food was very tasty (although there was a microwave if you wanted to heat it up a bit). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

The location is perfect. All very clean and tidy. Staff friendly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the next door neighbour breathing! Wires were hanging out of the light socket above the bed, pretty dangerous.

Really friendly hotel with fantastic staff. Provided everything that we needed. Second stay.

On arriving We were a little confused as to which building the hotel was as the photo on the website was of the building across the road where the bar and pool are. Hotel receptionist was ok, not over friendly but professional. There is only one overworked lift for the 5 floors and the staff! The room was clean but very compact with not a single plug socket apart from a single one in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The mattresses must have been plastic coated by the noise they made when sitting on it/turning over while sleeping.

Not what I expected, i booked a double room. They give me 2 twin beds, AC didnt work properly, TV not worked, Cleaning lady took our room card away, as result room was very hot when we returned, since the rooms only work ( lights and AC) with the card.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y confortables

Fuimos por un fin de semana y el hotel bien para el precio. No sé si se podrá pedir un desayuno algo más variado. Pero el resto muy bien, el cuarto limpio y cómodo.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ottimale, comodo per raggiungere la spiaggia o per girare nella zona pedonale. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di balcone con tavolino e sedie per potersi sedere e gustare l'atmosfera festosa della cittadina.
