Stayed for business and can’t thank the team enough for their help sitting out a logistical nightmare that was completely of my own making. It was the third time I’d stayed and I would be happy to stay their again.

Cozy resting place.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are small for families of 3. No storage area for luggage if you want to do day trips to other areas. Overall Great experience!!

Some nice amenities, tea kettle, coffee, comfortable beds and pillows, iron, lots of cable channels. But an extremely tiny room and cramped bathroom which is to be expected in London, especially with such a reasonable rate, don’t expect too much. We asked for the breakfast which is an extra charge but except for the first morning, the rest of my stay (7 days) breakfast was served at the hotel next door which they also own, which was a slight inconvenience. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great location.

Small but well-equipped

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to Baker St tube and rail station, Madame Tussaud's, easy walking distance to Oxford St, Baker St and Marylebone High St. From Heathrow airport on the Heathrow Express, then Paddington to Baker St and a short walk, total about 40 mins.I had a single room and it was very small. The bed was so narrow that I had to be careful not to fall out if I turned over. The bathroom was tiny too. But everything was provided, even an iron and ironing board, desk and chair, wardrobe, kettle, tea/coffee. The shower was hot with good water volume. I was on the ground floor and there was some noise from the rooms above during the night. Also, the room was very hot so I had to open the window a little. The breakfast, however, must be the best deal in London. Full English made fresh to order with additional cereals, juice, cheese/cold cuts for only £5. Unbelievable. Staff are polite and friendly. I found it expensive for the size of room but couldn't complain about anything else. Maybe next time I'd try to get a double bed!

Nothing in particular, I liked that it was convenient to the Westminster University and the single bedded room was fine, and the breakfast was good.

Super clean, comfortable and quiet; everything I needed in the room was there and everything functioned well. Breakfast was sufficient, adequate, good for the price of £5.

Made a double booking by mistake, staff new upfront. They also charged double as per terms and conditions. Bah. Very disappointed in the service. Staff is not friendly. Won't book again :(
