Kosta Palace

This review is written by two couples the wrong side of 53. There seems to be two parts to this hotel, the first part in the front of the hotel and the room numbers seem not to have a letter in front of them is a better part. We stayed in c217 and c213. These were very large one bed apartments. a large spiral stair case leads to open walkways to your door much like flats in the uk, lift only in the front part of hotel. the hotel is no more than 4 storeys high at any point. There are two large sofa beds in the lounge dinner not great to sit on as they are more bed than sofa in my opinion. A small table with 4 chairs a sink and small kitchen. Two electric hobs a fridge and a small electric oven about the size of a micro wave. You could cook in here but it is I would not want to cook for more than a couple/small family. Ok for snacks. A family sized bathroom with bath /shower and a frosted glass door, unusual. The main bedroom was large, double wardrobe but for such a large apartment only hanging space for two, balcony small but enough to sit on for two. Air con in both rooms and good. Tv no signal, not a problem for us and I did not ask the hotel to fix. I did ask for extra hangers which arrived promptly. It is the detail that let this apartment down it felt a little tired but it is 3* maid service was good. roof top pool bar and snack also good great view of harbour. Location fantastic, best of all worlds, beach,shops &town all easy to walk to and peace and quiet as well.

Ok for an overnight stay - clean but mattress and pillows were pretty hard

great view of the port outside our balcony. Very central walking distance from everything. Very helpful staff. Have stayed at the Kosta Palace twice now and would recommend it.

great little hotel in a great location close to bars and resturants would go back to again really good public areas lovely staff

This hotel is an excellent location. Clean, comfortable, friendly service and value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were really spacious, showers were amazing if you like a strong shower and free air conditioning. The roof top bar, seating area and pool were amazing, the views, beautiful. The problem i had was that when i booked it said let them know if youwould be late checkkng in and if you wanted late check out. I did that. Come the day, the hotel said i had to tell them directly about late check out, not through the booking company and i had to pay another 30 euros for 6 hours! Both the receptionist and the manager were very 'off' when i spoke to them. They had my request on the computer and said it didnt matter. My family live in Kos and they said it was a con. Also, my room was left wide open when the hotel had new wardrobes fitted and all my valuables and clothes were on show for anyone to take. Not impressed. I wont go back to kosta palace.

Great staff and a great view! The hotel lobby was clean and modern, the view from the harbour room was absolutely stunning, and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room itself is dated and the bathroom was musty, but for the price it was a great stay.

Great location, great value, well kept hotel with excellent rooms and services.
