West 57th Street by Hilton Club

Hotel was in a fabulous location, 5 minutes from Central Park & 5th Avenue. Easy walking to Grand Central, Library & Times Sq. we had a lovely studio plenty space. This is a timeshare hotel, so didn’t have any restaurant facilities.

Incredible room

The biggest downsides: no restaurant, no lobby, the heat didn't really work nicely (instead it felt like cold air blowing on us all night), ad the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The staff member on duty wasn't at all clear what guests needed to do to the point I had to call for direction after which he came on over the loud speaker again to better explain we could just ignore the alarm. In the meantime, I couldn't go back to sleep. I had a major presentation to deliver the next day. I slept all of 3 hours. So, even though the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect, the overall experience was certainly not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't stay there again. Too many other options nearby that are better. For example, The Quinn which is across the street. On a positive note, I was able to print my business presentation from their business area the next morning.

This hotel was amazing. Really great room layout and in a great part of Manhattan
