Horrible beds not comfortable at all

Love the hotel and the personel very helpful and friendly. Will consider this hotel in the future

I loved my weeknd getaway. I didn't like the fact i smelled weed in my room it i was on a non smoking floor an also parking sucks . They hve no parking but want you to pay 25$ per day for valet parking which i feel like is insane

The room was clean, service was great and our stay was pleasant.

It was okay. The location was great room was comfy but service was not good from check in. Front desk was rude and after a long day on the road hsd to wait over 20 minutes to get our room keys when we where the only ones at the check in. Room keys didnt work and instead of replacing them nicely with worming one blamed us that they didnt work. Breakfast in the morning you nees to get the food at the counter again another 20-30 minute wait and it was all cold and the eggs where missing all together and when we asked about it it was litteraly ignored. Room was nice but service was not

The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nice. We didn't get to use the pool or the restaurant/bar because of COVID so I can't review those amenities. The only downside I can think of for this hotel was the parking. There is no free parking area and only valet is available for 15 dollars a day. A designated parking area for guests that don't want valet would be nice.

When we stayed they were fixing the pipes and it was so noisy. They told us it would only last one morning but it continued all week long. The staff was helpful and Scott at the front desk was great. It was really inconvenient that there was no room service though.

the hotel was disgusting. i got to my room and the sheets were obviously not clean and the toilet was broken. i asked them to fix it and a guy came to my door, handed me a buckets with a plunger in it and some new sheets. didnt think i should have to chance my own sheets so i asked for a new room instead. i got one but when i got there the sheets were obviously not clean either. just being in the hotel lobby for a few minutes i witnessed 2 other people complain about their sheets being dirty as well. in a time of a pandemic cleanliness is a must... if the cant even change the sheets in their rooms how am i supposed to believe they cleaned any of the room at all. this place was ridiculous and i cant believe it has such good reviews. never staying at an embassy suites again

Wish the pool was open

Very nice room! Appeared to be clean and santitized which was very comforting. Pillows on the bed could be newer and bigger. They weren't comfortable at all. But overall we were pleased!
