Late night arrivsll .un pleasant reception wih not any kind of welcom...morning staff was better.

Hotel was ok. Front desk was extremely helpful. The location is great if sleep is not an important. Very close to Las Ramblas, people screaming and banging the entire night.

Right in the middle of it all.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Requested a rollaway bed but they told me they didn't offer that option. Would not clean my sheets unless I stayed there for more than 3 nights. Room was so tiny we could not fit our luggage anywhere. The little cubby above the fridge got so hot (from the fridge) that it melted some of our belongings. Mold in the bathroom. Stain on the pillow case upon arrival. We contacted Hotels.com about all of these concerns. Hotels.com called the staff and the staff lied and said none of this is true. Be careful! My friend was forced to book a hotel on the spot, found one for CHEAPER 200 feet away and it was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful in making sure he enjoyed his stay in Barcelona.

Great room size and amenity. Not soundproof. I could hear elevator and people talking. He bed was huge and super comfortable. The taxi I ordered tothe airport was shorter than my previous trip to go to a conference. I paid 31 euro with tip and the second time it was 44 euro on the meter and a quicker drive the meter had 9+ euro on when we started our journey. Hotel Atlas ordered and sent me with him so I was really surprised he ripped me off for almost 15 Euros. The only negative comment. Great location and facilities. Coffee was good but I skipped breakfast since I had to leave after a single night sleep. They were awesome and stored my lunch while o shopped for presents for my family.
