Very nice room! Stayed one night and it was great

Our hotel was not what we booked, we received two full beds instead of a king then when we got switched to the king room, we were informed that there were no king rooms that included a bathtub, which is what we booked. We were told that hotels.com made a mistake on the listing and spent too much time swapping rooms, we also slid on black ice in front of the hotel and had to spend half of the next day getting my car fixed and could not use my car as intended

Hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room that we booked. I would have booked elsewhere had i known this would happen.

It was fantastic. Just a one night stay while in the city with my daughter but we loved being near Love Park which we didn’t know was across the street! Check in was a breeze and super helpful. The room was a great size, beds comfortable and a nice design. Overall would go again in a heartbeat. Also go to Green Eggs Cafe, you’ll thank the staff.

Service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was mediocre, bed sheets were stained and overall not clean. Most likely will not stay there again

The hotel was very slow, but the front management was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The staff was great. Upon arriving hours after check-in we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for pillowcases to arrive for our room. We had to wait in the lobby. Heat turned into cold blowing air No towels in room. Had to go downstairs to get them Restaurant closed/no room service due to Covid. All other hotels still have this service. Toilet didn’t flush well then eventually overflowed. I expected a nice hotel suite to have a microwave, fridge - or at least a coffee pot. No able surface to eat on. Coffee table was a small side table.
