Shibuya Tobu Hotel

Was a lovely stay and helpful staff clean and tidy

This is well located for getting round Shibuya, the place is clean and tidy. There are a few non-Japanese staff who speak excellent English, which helps get things done. Breakfast is included in the deal, although it’s pre-cooked, it is adequate. They charge extra for early or late check out, which does not happen in Australia.

We book for 6 days all we do is just sleep One day we came back our room was open when I said open it was propped open When you where telling them about it seems they just make you feel damn because of language barrier Our cups was not change at all it was dirty even the linen was not change It’s a convenient place to stay close to the train station and to food park But I guess cleanliness I don’t think I will come back here after that experience

The semi double room is really kind of small, if you two are over 5.5 ft and 150 lbs, don't try your luck. There is no closets, your clothes ican only be hung on the wall with two hooks. The carpet is a bit dusty, otherwise the cleaningness is very good.

The area is very pleasant and full of shopping opportunities. There are many nice places to eat right near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient for me that they spoke English as well. They were able to help me send my luggage on to the next hotel so I didn’t have to deal with large bags on the train ( which wouldn’t really have worked besides). The room was very clean and had every toiletry you may have forgotten or needed. The beds were comfy and clean as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room is clean and good size for three of us (2 adult + 1 toddler). The location closes with Shibuya Crossing and shops. We enjoy our staying. Thank you. For improvement (it's not a big deal for adult), the staff needs to vacuum the sofa. The sofa looked clean but when my toddler jump and jump on it, we start coughing due to the dust.

Location is excellent, convenient and central. Staff was polite. Clean! Room was small but that’s the standard for most hotel rooms in Tokyo.
