The Leonard Hotel

Hotel consists of 3 Georgian townhouses that have been joined together. Front desk staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel’s public rooms are a bit dark, but traditional.

Extremely bad service at the front desk. Very aggressive employee at the front desk, who was YELLING at me, litterally, very bad english, continuously with degrading and abusive comments and abusive behaviour in front of other customers. She refused to apologize, her manager did apologize on her behalf because of her arrogance and impoliteness, but extremely bad experience overall for a price of 225 pounds per night! One word: AVOID

The location is great. Staff is very friendly. The hotel requires a little renovation.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, food is nice. The room I stayed in wasn't the best, it has a very bad smell, doesnt matter whether they clean it or not the smell never went away. It was very damp and humid. I was worried it might have mold as it was musty but the hotel kept denying it. We were very congested the entire stay. We tried to change rooms considering I have a 4 year old with me but they never helped.

Loved this hotel!!! Excellent location. The professionalism and kindness of the staff is outstanding. They take their jobs seriously and were helpful and cheerful. The room was terrific.

Very nice hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful

- Classic beautiful hotel and a very special location near Oxford and Hyde Park and close to it a supermarket and restaurants and wonderful cafes and It is very suitable for shopping’s. - Breakfast was excellent and varied. - The service at the hotel was unprofessional, especially for one of Arab receptionists woman. - One of the hotel problems is Some time not giving you the same type of room that you book. - A major problem with the hotel is hearing the sound of the wooden floor. If this does not suit you, do not book at this hotel. In general, I enjoyed my stay despite some problems I encountered.

Historic building , beautiful interior , some rooms are small , some are huge , we had 2 rooms . Front office people are very nice , helpful , especially the night shift man , and Cynthia . breakfast is healthy / English/ Continental menu as well as other options to be selected from the pre-set menu. a lot of other breakfast options in the area. the hotel is 3-5 min walking from marble Arch , and the underground station , as well as Hyde Park , and Oxford Street. we enjoyed our stay .

This is not the first time I stay in the hotel during holiday in London - it’s a amazing boutique hotel and I like the furniture for the hotel-the reception are very kind and helpful the location is 100%✅and the price for every thing ✅✅✅ very clean rooms and it’s very safe-if you don’t want to went out just stay inside in the small hall you feel comfortable and also the net is perfect thank you ceitia and khan 🌸
