Shame about the pool it be frio

Nice clean rooms and public areas, friendly staff, excellent maid service. Pool empty most of the time as although it's heated? NOT to a decent temperature. Regular client's confirmed colder than normal. I measured at 21.5c and reception said normally heated to 23c which is still too cold so take your wetsuit.

The property condition was great, the pool lovely and the room with a kitchen was nice. We were only given one thin sheet for the bed, no comforter or blankets. When asked for an additional blanket they just gave us another sheet. Their check out time is very stict and they refused to work with us for a later check out. The worst thing was every night they had a performer in the pool/restaurant area until late at night and our room was on the first floor, close to this noise. With no A/C, we needed the back door open for the cool breeze, but it was very noisy.

As Good As It Gets.

Relaxing holiday , staff and fellow guests made our vacation one to remember and hopefully repeat. Could not fault our time spent here, lovely quiet location with low key restaurants. Thank you so much to all the staff.

A terrific little retreat right on the ocean front

A very pleasant stay. Room was bright, spacious and super-clean. The pool was very nice, plenty of sunbeds. A decent happy hour period daily and stunning views across the Atlantic. The only gripe was the lack of privacy in the bathroom owing to the room's rather wacky styling in that area. Not a deal breaker though. Perhaps better than anything was the pleasant nature of all of the hotel's staff who are very welcoming. A terrific little retreat right on the ocean front. Excellent.

The studio is good size, clean. However, it is extremely hot even at night, when outside temperature is cooling off. My studio is next to the outdoor pub,so it is a bit noisy in the early morning as the cleaner starting clean around 8am, you will always wake up. In the day time, you cannot raise your curtain, if you need any privacy, as all the customer in the pub are literally just outside your balcony. Plus, there is hardly a good view of sea. I tried to book parking space 1 day before my trip, was told I have to pay extra for it, even that, I didnot get parking space as they are all booked out, so have to park in the street or seaside which is a around 10 minutes walk away. Apart from that, the staff are all very friendly and professional. So the reason for the rating is only because of condition of studio, not the staff.

We were staying in a £200 a night villa that had some hygiene issues. Found a suite here for a third of the price and it was excellent. Staff very welcoming. The only thing we could fault was the other guests - one particular (sadly) British family of which there seemed to be 3 generations and they made the pool area unpleasant for others to use on multiple occasions. Also returned to the hotel drunk at 1:28am. We complained about them but the hotel staff whilst sympathetic were unable to do anything.
