Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport

The over night stay was ok. I could hear the people in hallway very good. The door let a lot of light in so it was harder to sleep. Also I ordered food for delivery. Once I was finished i placed leftovers on table to eat more later. When I came back to eat it there were German roaches in my food. At that time in put the food in bad and placed in hallway to get picked up

Comfortable and Happy

We went out to get food and fill up the gas, when we got back to the hotel we were locked out, because the gate was lock. We did not know the gate closed at 10pm. the front desk DID not alert us. No open/close hours by the main entrance.Thea 2nd entrance to the hotel a block away, we had to drive around and again no sign for the entrance either. it was about 11:00pm and no street light, we missed that entrance again, Wish the management should have a notice posted by the front desk and the clerk should tell the hotel guest for the main entrance open/close hours. Bed sheets are old, wrinkle. I am very disappointed with Faifield.

SO much better than expected! The staff, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk were personable and upbeat. They were very helpful with information and wished me well. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and AC was great! Would 100% stay here again!
