Hahn Apartment Vienna City

Kitchen was not as the pictures and more of a kitchenette than a full kitchen not ideal for a family.

I would not stay here again. The location is good and the room was ok, but the safe didn't work, there wasn't enough washing-up liquid provided, and the bins were not changed. I know the only cleaning is done after the stay but for somewhere that allows self-catering and cooking, not emptying the bins during the time isn't great. The shower broke but was quickly fixed. However, the city tax collection was a very poor service. It was said I needed to leave money for it when I left which I was prepared to do. The checkout time was 10am, but from 7.30am onwards I had a woman knocking on my door fairly consistently. When I eventually chose to answer this at about 9am she demanded the money and said she needed it now. I didn't think this was a sensible system and it was disruptive.

We stayed in apartment 31, third floor. The apartment above us must have had kids staying/living because we were some banging for a very short while. This was the only negative point of staying here. The apartment was clean. shower was powerful, living/sleeping area spacious. The kitchen/entry is perfect for a small meal. There is also a fridge.

Awesome. Everything is near by. The only minor incident was that though the check out was at 11:00 People were trying to get into the apartment before 10:00 AM.
