Central position near Peoples Square and the Metro

This is a beautiful, if slightly outdated hotel. The staff all spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, wifi was fast, and breakfast was amazing. We also used the gym and pool facilities. The pool (25m) was great for lap swimming, if a bit warm, the jacuzzi was large and comfortable, the gym equipment was new and up to date (lots of equipment available), and the lockers were clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the People's Square and Nanjing Rd.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facility, great location. The room was clean and had a great view. The bathtub was a very pleasant surprise! Plenty of amenities on site. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the check in staff were helpful and friendly. When we got to our room, there are some hair on a towel, a bit disgusted. One night, we sat in the bar and ordered some drinks, we started to play a card game as a family, then, an angry female staff came to tell us off and said it is Marriott’s policy ‘no card games’. When we checked out, I asked the check out staff, is it true if such policy in place. Of course, the answer is no.

Excellent customer service, spacious room and delicious breakfast! recommended for business and holiday trip with great surrounding of shopping malls, lawson, family mart and 5mins walk to nanjing east road.
