Great place to stay for the price! would be back!

Good place to stay and quiet. Just like a little bachelor apartment with washer, small kitchen and comfortable bed. Front desk can speak English very helpful and polite. hey change your towels daily but don't do the bed when you're there. Not a problem for me.

The hotel is less than 5 minute walk to Shinsen Station and about 15 minutes away from the Shibuya Station or the city center. There’s a mini mart in front of the hotel if you want to get some quick snacks or supplies. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodative. The best thing is I stayed there for 6 nights and didn’t have to bring many clothes coz they have a washing machine available in each room. A stove and a microwave is also available if we wanted to cook or reheat our food. They don’t clean the room daily coz I stayed for 6 nights, but they replace the towels & clear the trash every single day.

Nice and clean and the room, with a mini kitchen, big tub, and washing machine, was great! It was very dry in the room and I would I‘ve loved a humidifier. Which I discovered on my last day. A card with directions in English would be helpful. Also, I had asked the front desk about recommendations for dinner, and she was hesitant to suggest anything other than going to the Mark City mall. After walking around the neighborhood, I discovered several small places within an easy walk of the hotel. And one right next door!! Overall, it was a nice place and I’d go back.

Not the cleanest but good room and location.

Staff were nice enough but didnt really interact with them to comment further. I was allowed to leave my bags with them before check in and they put them in my room for me, so that was helpful. The room was great, had everything i needed and more however, i was staying for 12 days and only had one washing machine tablet for clothing, they perhaps should provide more depending on a person's length of stay as it wasnt great, i had to buy washing detergent. The apartment was pretty dusty also, definitely wasnt cleaned to a great standard at all so needs to improve. An extra set of towels would have been helpful also for the length of stay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were rough and lumpy so i never had a good nights sleep the whole time but the bed was a great size and coyld easily fit 2 people. All the negatives stated, i would still stay again as the room was perfect and location was excellent. Few minute walk to the subway and just over 10 minutes to Shibuya station, not far at all. Supermarket right opposite hotel plus conbinis, restaurants and cafes all nearby.

Very decent hotel in shibuya area

It was a really a quite pleasing experience staying with tokyu stay shibuya. Although most of the staffs do not speak english, sometimes its a struggle to communicate with them, but they try their best to accomodate my family and i. I stay in the triple room type with small kitchen and washing machine inside. It was really convenient also because there is a small supermarket right across the hotel. The downside maybe its just the distance from the hotel to the train station. Other than that, everything else was quite wonderful.

The property rooms are amazing with kitchenette facilities which was perfect for my needs. I stayed in a smoking room and I highly recommend it for smokers. Hotel staff were friendly. The only downside is check-in time (3pm) especially if you arrive early morning, however they can store your luggage and it will be ready waiting for you in your room for when you get back at check-in time. Location is walking distance to train shibuya train station with A0 exit being the closest. There is 24hr open grocery store right opposite the hotel as well as other options. Really close location to shibuya crossing and shopping malls around the area.

If you want to breathe in the clean air, Don’t stay at this Hotel. It was cold night so I turned air conditioning on. They haven’t cleaned device so the horrible air with such a bad smell air came out. I was coughing for over half hour. It was mixture of fungus and smoke smell. If you want to sleep in the clean air, I suggest you to stay at different hotel never this hotel

I would like to use this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff in Tokyu Stay Shibuya who made my first visit to this city really memorable. Tokyu Stay Shibuya felt like home away from home due to an excellent location (away from the hassle still close to metro) and due to extra mile helpfullness of the staff. I had lots of questions and requests but they were all answered to my satisfaction which made me feel welcome and appreciated, I did not mind the out-dated furniture because friendly and helpful spirit is what I value most. I will be back to Tokyu Stay Shibuya for sure.
