The Colony Hotel

The rooms are on the second floor without an elevator. I was helped on arrival to get luggage up the stairs. The service was good and everyone was very pleasant. The room was very nice with a private shower. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Great location. Excellent staff. Very friendly budget hotel. This is not a resort. It is a convenient, clean and safe budget hotel in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is excellent. Wonderful location.

It’s an OK hotel. Clean and comfortable. The only problem was loud noise coming from some TV or movie projection

we are very grateful to all the staff - joseph - mary - linda - Muhamad - friendly warm people whoe really help ! Comfortable bed and great pressure in hot shower - I highly recommend this place ! Easy parking also in the street outside

This had easy parking which was amazing. It was also in a nice location and the staff were exceptionally nice. I appreciate all of those things. I would have appreciate a towel in the shower :) The bed was not amazing but not the worst. It was very clean and I felt super safe in this quiet area. You cannot beat the price.

The place was in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were ok, but there was no elevator. They lied about free parking, it is limited street parking. The rooms were small but clean. I was just talking in the room and never have I had a reception person come across the hall and asked me to be quiet at 11 pm. I was not yelling or had The tv on, it’s because the place is older but as a paying customer I should be able to speak in a normal volume without being punished

The hotel charged me $20 more per night compared to the price I booked on Orbits. The manager (Josef Alian as he called himself) refused to do anything about it. He was rude. Otherwise, the hotel is minimal but it works.

We booked one night and we decided to stay one more night because of the friendly staff working there.The rooms are small,but for a budget hotel everything was perfect.The Tv has a lot of channels, AC was working perfectly, although is hard to warm the room because of the very high distance till the ceiling, but was more than enough,very hot water in the shower, shampoo & shower gel as amenities. As we were celebrating the wedding anniversary , the staff offered us complimentary breakfast which was very nice and plenty of choices, from eggs till pancakes, and lots of salads.Many thanks to the best chef in Jerusalem, from Colony Hotel.Thank you for the nice meals and morning talking- it was because of you we decided to book one more night!The manager and all his staff at reception were so nice and helpful, they give you free map of the city and show you the area and what to visit. The hotel is walking distance till the Old City( 20 minutes walking) and very near to the bus station which takes you to the main station for Tel Aviv. Thank you again The Colony Hotel and we hope to see you all again in or next trip to Israel!
