Great staff and great room. Internet a bit too slow

loved everything about this hotel. Location, amenities, staff and really comfortable beds.

Spent 3 hectic days in Berlin. Then 3 wonderful days in Potsdam. The hotel exceeded our expectations - we had 2 rooms. - both larger than normal rooms with luxury touches. The staff were extremely helpful. The location - first class- adjacent to the Brandenburg gate (yes there is more than one gate). Potsdam and the surrounding area is genuinely worth a visit. Even the weather was warm and sunny.

The location of this hotel is just prefect for tourist. You have everything needed around. You can walk to the famous Schloss Sanssouci in 10 minutes. There are lots of shop and restaurant that you can spend your whole day on it and never got bored. Also, parking lot right in front of the hotel and it takes only 12 euro a night. The room is clean and quiet, i love the breakfast buffet hotel provided, every selection is decent and we feel warm on the service. Just one thing, they have elevators in the hotel however as we were at 3rd floor, we need to switch another elevator and there is stair, only few steps in between. it was quite inconvenience if you have large suitcase. However, overall the hotel is prefect, we will sure to recommend to everyone go to Potsdam!

The position of the hotel was very good I was surprised their was'nt the ability to make a coffee in the room

Parking at the opposite underground of the hotel, not easy for people who check in 1st time. We have to go to 1st floor and go down some stairs and use another elevator to our room. Staffs are nice, rooms are clean

Great location! Easy to get to the attractions in the area and close to several nice restaurants.

Close to Christmas marketing in december. Quiet rooms, No disturbing noise. Friendly service

Unacceptable business practices. Please do not support this business and book somewhere else. We had prepaid and received confirmation of our reservations several weeks before travelling to Germany. The day before checking in, the hotel notified us that we had been bumped because of overbooking and that we had to stay in another hotel, an annoying 20 to 40 minute tram ride away from the downtown core. Totally unethical practice when the reservations had been done well in advance, prepaid and confirmed. This hotel should be removed from Expedia’s offering.

Staffs were missing all the time and not at the reception area. Had some issues in the room and no one at the reception picked up the phone to provide their support. The service attitude is also poor.
