Milos Villas Hotel

The location of the hotel was a close walk to Thera, about 10-15 minutes (up hill), which was great for dining and checking out the busy shopping streets. The pool area was nice, with a cool view of the city above. The staff were friendly and happy to give advice. The cleanliness was disappointing - sitting area had dirt on the couches and the main area smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was mediocre. Good yogurt but limited assortment. Our room was small but clean enough, although the towels and bedding did have stains on them. The closet smelt really bad and our safe was broken and couldn’t be replaced during our stay. The view from our balcony was pretty, looking at some homes and the water and was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine at night.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. We had the best room facing swimming pool and the Fira city. Really enjoyed the stay.

The staff was amazing and the chef prepared the best meal we had in Santorini.

They were waiting for us and the room was as the pictures show. The desk manager Gabriel was awesome. Knew everything we asked and had great recommendations for our stay. The bar staff was great. Both made the trip better by talking to them. Great views and super quiet. We are so glad we booked away from the busy part of town. Excellent breakfasts every day. Coffee was excellent. Great place

Extremely welcoming staff, very accommodating, clean room, beautiful views... a little further away from where I wanted to be but not a horrible walk back and forth from the town.

Great staff, a little hard to find. There is another hotel called Milos as well, transfer driver mixed them up. Place is a little out of town, so great to walk around.

Things that went wrong: 1) The hotel was probably overbooked, therefore we had to be accommodated at another hotel - separated from our family. 2) Our room sizes were extremely small. They were all single rooms, we had paid for 3 suites. 3) We had to change hotels mid-stay. We were only there for 2 nights. Had to unpack and repack several times. 4) We were asked to changes room mid-stay to accommodate other guests. 5) In short, we faced way too many inconveniences and were not satisfied at all with our stay or service provided.

About 15 minute walk to city centre. Beautiful view of the city from the hotel. Food was amazing! We bought half board option and this was the first time the dinner was not a buffet, the menu was set but everything was delicious. In comparison, the breakfast was just ordinary.

Wonderful hotel, lovely pool with a view, and Gabriel was a very nice host!
