Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston / Katy Mills Mall

The walls are paper thin. We couldn't sleep in the master bedroom because the couple next door was alternating between discussions about breaking up even though they have a daughter together or getting married. The convo lasted hours. Until we moved to fold out in the living room and listened to horse trainer have a 2 hour phone call at 2am. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great, EXCEPT that the walls are really thin. I could make out the conversations being had by the people in the adjoining room. Particularly problematic if they go to bed later and get up earlier than you. They were talking at normal levels. Two different sets of guests went through during my stay, and I could hear them both. If you're like my partner and can sleep through a freight train crashing into your room, then this hotel is perfect! Service was great. Room was clean. Room amenities were spot on. Covid preparations were fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, find somewhere else, or bring your ear plugs.

Room was clean and great price for the size the breakfast totally sucked though you have to fill out a little sheet and check if you want yogurt bagel with cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich no all you can eat buffet the breakfast sandwich was a croissant with a piece of melted cheese and hamTotally not like Homewood suites

It was close to shopping but the breakfast was terrible was there for a week same every day (yogurt bagel or cereal) with restaurants open they could have done better

The hotel was well kept, staff was kind, however the walls are not sound proff could here the guests above me loud and clear apparenly they had small children that tan and jumped until late in the night, got up early to take showers the water pipe was right at the head of my bed therefore needless to say every time they flushed the toilet i heard water if the showered i heard water, and by the way with them children stayin up late running and jumping and the adults getting up early and showering i only got abt 5 hrs of sleep😣

Room was great clean nice had a lot of room in it

The property is highly rated on their staff and the precaution made to protect families. Front desk staff goes far and beyond to service customers with friendliness and a welcome attitude. I found this hotel I immediately booked my room again. To all who is reading this review, you will not be disappointed with your stay at the Katy Mills Mall Hilton Hotel.

Cleanliness and nice location great customer service

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. Very welcoming staff. Jeremy and Noha were great and very helpful.

Room was nice and clean. Building was new looking. Of course the room coffee not the best. Only gripe was not of wash cloths a room for more than two with only one wash cloth. Bed was comfortable and a/c was great
