Our stay at La Terraza was very nice. The hotel is very clean and the rooftop was a nice bonus.

Everything was great except for there was no hot water when it was time to shower. Also I recommend that they should offer resident parking pass for those guests that stay in the hotel long term. Otherwise you have to pay for parking and that can be costly. Other then that the stay was awesome. Pool on roof was beautiful. Room was very clean & cozy. Staff was very polite and respectful.

Everyone needs to visit here at least once

It was an amazing experience at a wonderfully beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive, super friendly and kind. They were knowledgeable of their surrounding neighborhood and knew exactly how to answer my million and one questions about places to visit and how to get there. They helped me get all my taxi service rides set up, they waited on me hand and foot. I can’t wait to go back!!!

This place is not worth what they charge AT ALL! The maintenance on the rooms is not good. Our room had a lot of things that needed fixing, the bathrooms have signage that highlights the weak plumbing, the sofa mattress in our suite was broken and rusted, the fridge was not cleaned and smelled horribly. I should have just trusted the negative reviews before booking.

After a long trip we arrived to the Terraza de San Juan, at around 11:15pm or so. We rang the door bell and called the number posted out side to contact the front desk only to receive no answer. As incredible as it may sound they left us outside in the middle of the night. Thank God for expedias great customer services that promptly found us another hotel where we could stay.

Overall very charming and classic. The infinity pool was very nice. No coffee maker in room, but there was a refrigerator. They would make coffee in the lobby. We visited with CoronaVirus precautions, so thing were a little abnormal. Great location. Air conditioning was very nice. Staff was very nice with the limited contact that we had. We'd go there again.

My flight was cancelled by the airline company due to the COVID-19 crisis. I tried to reach out to Orbitz however I was never able to speak with a representative. I called the property directly and was told that only Orbitz would be able to process the refund. I am just upset for the fact that Orbitz is not offering refunds or credits to individuals in my situation. I will no longer use this service when booking hotels and I caution others to heed my warning.

Great hotel!

We stayed here last minute during coronavirus meltdown and were lucky to get the two bedroom suite. It is beautiful and peaceful space. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and was such a wonderful respite to hang out.
