Pension Lehrerhaus

Great price room in a great location!

My first visit to this Pension but it will not be the last! The Hotel is old but very well looked after, with the staff who are very willing to help with any problem, including 1st.Aid. The day before my journey I had cut my hand very badly needing hospital treatment. The dressing need attention each day with help freely given by the hotel staff! The hotel is only 2* and whilst not luxurious, is very clean and well looked, after in a very quiet street close by the Museum Quarter. The English Theatre in Vienna is only a few doors away with performances in English nearly every night! It is about a 5-6 minutes walk to the U3 underground at Rathuss or Volkstheatrre and then a couple of stops to the main tourist centre. Do not expect luxury but you will get excellent value for money at £88 for two nights. My third night cost me £103 and I slept no better adjacent to a main road next to the railway station. The hotel forget to give me an alarm call for my 5am taxi to the airport, which could have been disastrous ! Service was much better at the 2 * Pension Lehrerhaus than at the 5* hotel.

Great centrally located hotel with very good rooms, located within 50m of a great restaurant and an artisanal cheese shop. Wunderbar!!

Its a nice comfortable place to stay in heart of vienna if you are on a budget. No breakfast, no extra amenities but all basic necessities are still fulfilled

Great location, good value for money. No complaints at all!
